Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid confirmed Wednesday that Kevin Kolb will start Week 2 against New Orleans if Donovan McNabb (ribs) can't play. Reid still isn't ruling McNabb out, but nearly every sign points to him missing the game. Considering his track record in these types of opportunities, Kolb would be a poor bet to last longer than two quarters against a vastly improved Saints defense.
Fantasy Take:
Jeff Garcia will be Kolb's backup on Sunday and is well versed in the offense but Kolb could surprise in a strong offensive system.
