FFCollective allows other users to browse content you have uploaded, blogged, voted on, commented on, and submitted to the Site (including chat rooms, forums and message boards) and/or interacted with in any other way. This information may be displayed on your personal profile page and/or displayed or used to provide Site content and services as FFCollective so chooses in the future. Moreover, if you submit to Company and/or the Web Sites comments, photographs, videos, music, text or other content, it may be published online or offline (including on-air, on a CD or DVD, through wireless distribution, and transmission of soft copies, or any other media or format currently existing or hereafter developed), and we may publish your name, voice, likeness and other personal information in connection with publishing the content or a portion of the content, and we may use the content and any excerpt from the content in connection with advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional activities. Profile information. The Company allows other users to browse your full name, location, instant messaging URL, within your personal profile should you provide this optional information.

Syndication. The Company allows for the RSS syndication and other forms of syndication of all public content within the Site.

Friends data. The Company, like other social service providers, allows non-friends to browse through your friends? activities.

API. The Company will allow third parties access to all Site data that already is publicly available through the Site.

What Information We Share

The Company's personnel, including consultants and/or contractors, may have access to your information while carrying out duties in the normal course of Company business. All our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.

If you send a friend an e-mail from the Web Sites, the information you provide (names and e-mail addresses) is used on a one-time basis to facilitate the communication and is not used for any other marketing purpose, unless we obtain additional consent.

Only employees who need personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to it.

Access to and Control Over Your Own Information

You may access your personal information on the Site and correct, amend or delete any information that is inaccurate. Upon logging in, visit your user profile page to do so. As aforementioned, you may opt not to disclose certain information or allow cookies but you may be unable to access certain content and services on the Site. When you update information, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You may always request your FFCollective account be deleted by emailing support@ffcollective.com.

Age Requirements

Children under 13 years of age are not allowed to register for the Site. Consequently, the Company does not specifically collect information about children.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site so you always are aware of what information we collect, how that information is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it is shared.
