Comment: Cleveland gave him $7.1M for '10 to "compete for the starting job". So while I don't think he'll be a top 25 fantasy starting QB in Cleveland but he's likely the starter given Mike Holmgren's less than stellarsupport for Quinn. That said I think its still 50/50 on who starts in Cleveland but clearly Delhomme's agent deserves major kudos - Delhomme will make approximately $19.7 million for 2010 (the $12+M he is owed in guaranteed salary for his contract extension from last offseason w/ Carolina) and the new deal he just signed in Cleveland.

Comment: the fact they have Matt Forte (who is the clear starter) not in the top 50 or say that Darren McFadden is a similar player to Justin Fargas and Michael Bush demonstrate that they don't have a good handle on the differences between player sizes, their abilities and are well 'off' the expectations. I personally subscribe to the Kubiak / Pro Football Prospectus approach to projections where they're analyzing each play and their production to determine future production.
